I am not sure, how could you be sure if you wanted to doubt it or not?
Most things actually aren't doubted due to a lack of time. That doesn't mean they couldn't be, but it means that it doesn't matter if they could be doubted or not because they aren't. And I am sure of this and have never doubted it, until...
Now I have chnaged my mind. Everything is always doubted, and we re-evaluate everything when we think of it, and if we don't believe it we don't remember it. This is why I forget so many things.
For a logicist, you are surprisingly un-philosophical.
Just because you don't think they are doubted doesn't mean that they aren't. I, for one, have thought about this. When I was about seven. Besides this, your argument has an abundance of fundamental flaws. The most obvious is that, well, HOW CAN IT NOT MATTER IF AN EVIL GENIUS IS FORCING US TO LIVE THE WAY WE DO? I know what you will say. Why does it matter if we are still 'happy'? Because AN EVIL GENIUS IS FORCING US TO LIVE THE WAY WE DO. And besides, if we discuss that too much now, we will have spoiled it for the thought experiment which actually addresses that.
As a reply to dad's second comment;
I actually find that that helps me to remember things. I will remember a fascinating yet completely and utterly wrong theory better than I will remember a boring completely and utterly right one.

For normal people: Yes. We have better things to do (errrr.... normally *grin*)
For philosophers: No. In fact part of the purpose of their lives seems to be to think of things that no-one has ever thought to doubt...
